Once you have placed your order you will be presented with an order confirmation screen. Additionally, you will also be sent a confirmation by email re-stating the details for your records.
Once we have processed your order you will receive a second email from us detailing what you have purchased and confirming that your order has been shipped.
UK Delivery Options
Free Standard UK Delivery for orders above £20
Standard UK Delivery
Using our Standard UK Delivery, your order should be with you in three (3) to six (6) working days (excludes Weekends and Public/Bank Holidays) unless otherwise specified on the product information page.
For orders under £20 Standard UK Delivery costs only 3.95!
Express UK Delivery
Place your order before 7 pm Sunday - Friday and receive your order within 1 to 2 days (excludes Sundays and Public/Bank Holidays). For only £6.99!
If you select our Express Delivery option, and your order is placed and accepted before 7 pm Sunday - Friday, we aim to have your order delivered to your door within 1 to 2 days provided the next day is not a Sunday or Bank Holiday. Orders placed after 7 pm will take an extra 24 hours to deliver (excludes Weekends and Public/Bank Holidays).
We also ship to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden
Standard shipping (3-6 working days) to these countries costs £8.99

Returns and Refunds Policy
We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you – and we hope that you're happy with your purchase.
However, if you wish to return your item(s), we are happy to accept them back in resalable condition for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and returned within 30 days of receiving them.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please follow the process below:
Contact the customer services department for return request via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
After contacting customer services, you'll receive instructions on how to return your items.
Securely pack your return items including all original packaging in resalable condition.
Print your label and return authorization. Some returns won't require you to print a label or authorization. If you don't have a printer when you're completing your return, you can print later (we'll e-mail you a link to your label) or you can have someone else print your label for you.
Please ensure that the goods are fully insured and the return has a tracking number for your peace of mind.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping items worth over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All our products are supplied with at least 2 years warranty! However, most of the items have a Manufacturer warranty of 20 Years as stated on the product information page. In case of issues with some of the products under warranty please contact us for resolution.
You can pay by all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.
Your Credit Card will not be charged until the items in your order are shipped.
Your payment details will be encrypted to maximize security and to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure.
Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the goods.
